We are making NO CONTACT deliveries to recipient porches or front desks of facilities ONLY (as well as flower rooms of funeral homes). The recipient WILL be contacted to let them know a delivery has been / is being made. Please make sure to provide us with a current RECIPIENT phone number. These procedures are being followed and strictly enforced due to the Government mandates resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please understand SUBSTITUTIONS of flowers may be necessary as our fresh flower suppliers are also conducting business on a limited basis, and not all flowers are available at this time. Please be assured, your orders will be filled to value. Same day orders must be placed by 12:00 noon due to businesses only being allowed to operate on a limited basis at this time. Parking lot pick ups are allowed; please call ahead to make arrangements for a pick up time.
If paying by credit card, please provide us with that information at the time of ordering, and we will have your receipt ready for you at time of pick up. *Please note, Our SHOWROOM is currently closed and will reopen when the state ban is lifted.
